he overcomes the worst fucking situations imaginable are you kidding me. and he still wants to do better after it all, instead of giving up
he's incredibly silly when he wants to be, it brings me joy to see, especially considering he did not have a lot to smile about for a long time. he's deadpan and a little dry and that's my favorite
he's a really cathartic example of a fight for personal redemption, and growing out of your past self, the bad and the good. "you can never be that person again but that's okay, no one can"
